Welcome to Waterfront Gym
Waterfront Gym is designed for balanced, everyday fitness, combining modern equipment with a calm, uncluttered atmosphere. Suitable for all levels, the space supports regular gym users as well as those returning to exercise or starting a new routine.
As part of the wider health club, members can also enjoy access to the spa facilities, including wet facilities and relaxation areas, allowing training and recovery to work hand in hand. With flexible access and a welcoming environment, the focus is on consistency, wellbeing and sustainable fitness rather than intensity or pressure.

Aerobic & Cardiovascular Training
